Veggie Fajitas - Recipe #70

Ingredients:2 cloves garlic pressed
1 onion sliced
1 green pepper sliced long
1 red pepper sliced long
1 yellow pepper sliced long
1 yellow squash cut into thick slivers
1 zucchini squash cut into thick slivers
2 Portobello mushrooms washed well and sliced
 
Directions:
 
 Portobello mushrooms are quite expensive so if you don't want to spend the money on them, leave them out.  Although they really "make" this dish!
Sauté all vegetables in Braggs Liquid Aminos until tender.  Season with onion and garlic powder, cumin, chili powder or other Mexican spices.  Serve on heated corn tortillas with black beans, guacamole and Pico de Gallo.  Enjoy!     Serves 3 - 4.
