1 can no-fat Rosarita refried beans
(green chili lime or zesty salsa)
Spread on 9 X 13 pan.
2nd layer:
3 large ripe avocados
1 lemon juiced
1 clove garlic
1 tsp salt
Blend in food processor. Spread on top of beans.
3rd layer:
1 block Mori Nu Tofu - Firm
1 lemon juiced
1 tsp salt
1 pkg or 1 Tbsp Taco or Enchilada seasoning
Blend in a food processor until smooth and spread on top of guacamole.
Top with 1 can sliced olives, 1 bunch green onions sliced.
